@ whoever cares Bug Confirmed:
- It is possible to have two accounts with the same username/ password & email
Example:
Game
Name: UT3Player01
PW: UT3Pass01
Running Old UT3.exe
Server
Name: UT3Player01
PW: UT3Pass01
Running New UT3.exe
Because of this i was unable to see my server.
Okay so it's not a bug per-se, but its definitely worth thinking about
What if someone takes/steals another user's name?

165 Servers Listed with 103 players.
I'm sure that you can't find these numbers of patched players and servers.
I did a small trick once, maybe you can do it too. I ran the server with patched server, then I ran the server with same port with old file. The server will show up in gamespy and epic masterservers but all player will connect to the server that takes the port of game server first (in my case, patched server).

- with the current Gamespy Server patch those player with an illegitimate copy will not see your server and thus will not join you (yay

- However, if you do what Zeytun sugests, then these people will be granted access.

Of course you'll need to convert the binary to a text-file with the ascii-numbers of the bytes, I know you know your stuff I'm sure you'll get to the bottom of it.
