UT3 still worth it?

I think I can speak for the Warfare community here: there is the Volgodom UT3: Sentinel Wars server in Russia which is active during the NA day as well as the Epic Warfare 2 Titan which is UK server, also runs during the day, but has titan.

During the late evening, the Official Epic UT3 Warfare 2 or 3 server is active from about 11 ET to about 2 ET the next morning.

For VCTF: The UT3 Pro Suspense server from France is usually packed during the day.

The Suspense server is usually really active during the day, but its FULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL of a bunch of idiots and noobs (stinger noobs who do nothing but hop around the WHOLE game spamming stinger at everyone they see) and all the time people are camping with tanks, hellbenders, and all other vehicles right near their flag. And its hard to use teamwork because of those 2 reasons. UT3 "Pro" "Best Maps" is a better server imo, probably better players and more than just one match full of campers. However, on this server it is mostly just spam maps; which is sad since I (one of the people who actually respects the game type, strategy and teamwork involved in it) like to play much more on stock maps with more skill involved (Necropolis, Sandstorm...).

Too bad the Jolt server is down atm, it used to be the best VCTF server around when admins were still active but it became a pretty dead server....

Wow man, never knew that, cause I never played on the server. But I guess it depends what defines camping with the tank. Charging down the bridge with the tank isn't a very good option. Near the flag though is a little ridiculous.

Haha so true. We are trying so hard to push new content to this community, but people are still doubting this game because of the inactivity of the "bigger" community.
Hell, I still have fun in instant action sometimes.

Anybody can join these small communities to have fun. I'm convinced everybody will not turn there heads if somebody is new to the game.. and include that person in every possible way they would want to.

Hell, we should get some tournaments from Epic going to get some people going.

I think you're absolutely correct. It's a big turnoff for people, if people say "UT3 is Dead" (yes that other thread) even though it isn't, people leave or simply don't enter the community. And this certainly doesn't help UT3 add players.

UT3 could be better in terms of its community, and being negative about it doesn't help. A small community is not a bad thing, pick up the game, and get online.

It isn' t dead, I'm from europe and I regularly play ,and I also see people playing on servers I get pretty high ping on, so there must be players from other regions aswell.
the more people buy it ,the more people play. I hate it when people are like(especially if the game's free or if they have it already)''I'm not gonna play it because the game is dead'' If all the people complaining about the game being dead would actually ****ing play, than it wouldn't be dead would it?

Your friend is totally wrong, I can get a game going everytime I play UT3 very easily, except when it's early in the morning.

Gameplay is worth it. Community isn't. At least the community in NA.
