UT4 or U3 collectors edition!?

Do you have an idea how much the work on that engine had cost. A triple A company can license it but not buy it. Just a comparable value of the Crysis engine (to license it):

It seems like Epic is doing their best Valve imitation with keeping things really quiet. News on Fortnite has really dried up. Probably best that way so that things aren't over-hyped too early.

Those are so obvious faked numbers its even ridiculous.
EPIC would make a great product with rereleasing UT99 how it was
with only a few enhancements of the characters and maybe effects.

By the way it be nice if someone explain how to setup "3DS max" and "Maya3D" size to match Unreal sizes, because some mesh is tiny or huge! how do you get the perfect size for inporting stuff into UT3 or UDK!?
