My brother has windows 8 and it works fine.

If that's the case I will go buy me a Windows 8 PC and install UT3 on it, heck, I might as well install UT2k4, Worms Revolution and The Sims 3. By the way I have UT3 v2.1

Even official websites can be mistaken. Worked fine on preview version and runs without problems on release version.

UT3 works on 8 just like on 7. I have been using for over a year now with no problems.

I can report that UT3 is working on Windows 8.

Btw. UT3 Black is UT3 2.0. Check "UT3" on MS.com. And "UT3 Back" is listed as "not campatible" as no one voted for.

Sticking with win 7 as well win 8 is just made for tablets really

I'm very disappointed to find out UT3 Black Edition isn't compatible on Windows 8 . I won't be buying Windows 8 anytime soon after hearing that some older games aren't compatible on Windows 8
