Banned from warfare # 3 server?

Got on once, but controls didn't work.

Disconnected, tried to reconnect, connect failed (until map changed or something)

Connected again, immediately kicked for IP address banned.

Power cycled the modem so the ISP would issue a new IP, and now the server says my CD key is banned.

When you are vote kicked, it places a temp ban on you, rejoin once a new map is loaded and you can join normally.
