How do I get rid of the white screen in the editor?

Not that I know of .. just make sure you have the game patched to the official patch 436.

The Unreal Editor is always tied to the game, because it runs the game's engine to render stuff. You'll have to work with what you have.

There's no upgraded Unreal Editor for UT99, the only difference is the engine and the UT sequel prior to the version of UnrealEd.
PS: Not in UT3 related.

I have made a sheet water fall, It works in the editor but not in game, any thoughts on that?
And, How do I put a graphic on the walls in UT99?
