It might happen one day in the same way that many defunct franchises get revived. I've heard that Mechwarrior and Tribes are coming back. However, it might take a while so don't hold your breath. Also, the other big issue is whether a UT4 would be any good. What if it's a console port on the PC and ends up being inferior to UT99 and UT 2004?
