*There is a Custom way you can approach this.- Although i would not bother.

    -Use the rick roller approach:
    http://forums.epicgames.com/showthread.php?t=656275

    - make all your UT3 weapons Custom :
*have primary fire as your favourite firing mode
*have secondary fire as your music.

    example:
    Rocket Launcher:
primary fire= single rocket fire, and maybe hold it down for 3 rocket burtst
secondary fire= plays music [instead of genades]

    ** The Disadvantages
-lenghty process involving script and mutators.

    ** The advantages
    - you can make all the **** weapons - or weapons you don't like into something better, e.g. slow rate stinger with lower bullet count on primary fire: and your favourite music on secondary

-this will work to play your music: based on the 'rickroller' principle

    -potential problems-
    * getting the music to play continuously - without cutting out.
    - the mutator replacement is the only you can achieve this- without making the maps your self.
    - you will need someone to have these mutators online to play online [obv]

BAD idea then. I guess I'll stick to chatspams.

Others won't see your character and won't hear your sounds but the default ones. Only if they have your character and voicepack they will hear it.

Do you actually want others to hear it?

Hi, I play with musics online... And yea, you must create a custom character with a custom voice pack (adding musics on taunts).
Note : When a music start you can't change until the end of the track.

Yeah, why do you want to play the .wav through a UT3 ini. Just do it in the OS?, then also bind that key to whatever bs pew you'd also like to spam in-game.

won't work... you can't just play .wav files like that. any in game sounds need to be imported into the game... which would require making a custom character/voice pack.

    WUT? Let me explain further.

I converted the songs that I want to play in-game to .wav files.
Then I moved them to the Program Files\Unreal Tournament 3\Binaries folder (the location that the "exec" command uses).
I tried to create a bind that would play the file, and associate a key with that bind like so:
    Bindings=(Name="NumPadTwo",Command="CHATSTRING_2")
This is how I usually make my spammy chat binds, and it has worked well so far.
The problem is: I can't get that bind to play the song in-game.
I notice that the game lags for a split-second when I press the key.
The chat message plays, but not the music. HALP PLZ?

Why don't you just map them separately?

    Binding music to keys?

I'm trying to use the exec command in the UTInput.ini to play songs with hotkeys.

    Bindings=(Name="CHATSTRING_2",Command="exec electricfeel.wav | say oaiueaoieuaioeu ELECTRIC FEEEEEL! ")
    Can this work?
Working...
