Dedicated Server

I realize I'm still somewhat of a noob, but is there anything I need to know about setting up a dedicated server? I ran one and it kept running the same tests over and over and never completed, so what should I do to fix this? I'm trying to make a server so my best friend and I can play directly aginst each other instead of hundreds of other players, any tips?

best tip is just "give up" it's pretty much impossible to get a ut3 server through a router, there's a few threads about that already suggesting a few thousand ports people have tried - you can find the ports you server uses in the utgame/utengine inis and change them
