Can anyone here confirm that there is a tech demo of Unreal Engine 4 out there?

    Provide a link?

Yeah, apparently it's so heavy that you can feel it through a helmet
Nonetheless a nice techdemo, good job at those who did it!

                    Check it out!

When I saw the UT3 Scaleform UI I nearly wet myself. It would be nice if someone managed to mod that into the game.

Hell, if someone managed to import all UT3 assets into this new Unreal Engine, and made "UT3 with even better graphics," I will fall on the floor.

That's all avaliable and most has been for a while in UDK.

It isn't a new engine it's still Unreal Engine 3, it's just updated to pretty much v3.9

My hopes for a continuation of the original Unreal series (in the form of Unreal 3) and a continuation of the UT series (in the form of UT4) and my hope for an update of UT3 will never die.
