get ps3 content for offline install

Hi, I just get and ps3 and a ut3 disk, because my computer its so old and cant play very well to ut3 on it, and I want to install the oficial packs, like the titan pack, but I dont have internet on my house, so I wonder if is a way to get those oficial releases for offline install on my ps3 system, can somebody help me with that, thanks

As far as I know, you have to have internet and download from the PS Store.

thats a bad news, but those files must be avaliable to people without internet.
