Updates "can't find UT3.exe" - WTF??

I've got UT3 Black from Direct2Disk, and have been away from the game for awhile. Have just found a bunch of cool looking updates (like UT3Patch 4, etc) and when I try to install them, the installer complains that "UT3 doesn't seem to be installed..." Sheese - I'll looking right at the .exe file and it DOES run.

So is it the D2D version that won't accept the updates? I've seen DVD versions for $10 - I'm almost tempted get one in case the D2D version is preventing updates.

Any ideas?

Not sure what would cause that problem but your key should work on steam if you wanted to try it that way.
