There would be no way in hell I would play any game that used steam. Had nothing but problems with HL2 and Team Fortress 2
Issues with updates, glitches, hacks and some very serious steam issues. IE: Lets Say you install Team Fortress 2. Then you have to do an update. So you go download the update ( which takes forever to do ) for an auto update and then Steam sez: Can not Update Team Fortress 2. Team Fortress 2 "NOT INSTALLED" what a load of **** roflmfao

Sigh at the steam hate. Its a delivery system thats all. If you don't want to use it then don't. If you want to play a valve game well u are going to have to use it because it is there system of multiplayer delivery. For the usage it gets it doesn't do that bad of a job. **** gets back logged because there is so many people on it at one time all requesting the same data. Sometimes it will mess up because of that.

Valve isn't the greatest but it is by far not the worst.

And I could also pull up dozens of links with how great steam is. The Proof is in the experience you have with said product. You obviously had a bad experience hence your hate. I have not had a bad experience hence my liking of steam.

I'd like to see more free weekends to = more new players = better UT3 experience = more new players. Vets during these free events plz do not pwn the n00bs out of the game A.K.A N00b stomp, otherwise = rage quit = no new players = bad UT3 experience = no new players.
