Searching for DM-FST-Sacrifice]I[...help!

Hi guys.

Please help me source a map!

Its a Fuegerstef map - a remake of his UT2004 DM-FST-Sacrifice-][. I encountered it on a server once, and extracted it from my cache. My computer then gave up the ghost.

So, I hunt for it once again, but I cant find it anywhere. I assume it was never officially released? Maybe the great man himself can point me in the correct direction?
