Mapping tutorial?

I know how to map in Unreal Tournament 2004, but Unreal Tournament 2004 is getting old, so I decided to get moving into Unreal Tournament 3. the problem is that I don't know how to map i UT3.

I have searched for tutorials in the internet, but I didn't found anything for mapping. Can you help me?

i would like tutorials for the basics, terrain, texturing(mustn't be very hard), actors, weather, lightning, water(and like water things) and elevators moving plataform to.

If possible I wuold also to ask for coding tutorials

can you help me?
