Interchangable faction parts?

The UT tweaker only makes parts interchageable between necris, ronin and iron guard, but I wannna be able to use robot parts.

Does anyone have a .ini already tweaked that I can download that makes faction parts interchangeable? I'm not worried about how funny the animations will look.

In the past, yes. Currently, no. I believe it was ever since the Titan Pack that we lost the ability to mix and match faction parts online
