I have my filter set to any game type, show empty server and show full server, pure server set to any. No servers come up, I waited like 5 minutes. What's going on here?

I wrote similar question to server admin side. On dedicated log file I see new line:
steamservice.cpp (275) : Assertion Failed: Failed to start in-process Steam Service
Log: Performing DNS lookup for stunserver.org
Something do with Steam? Game build-in browswer say ping 9999 to my servers. But I can see still some servers on-line. This thing started today (19th of Janyary 2010). -
