Mega High Res Screenshots

hey guys,
you probably all have seen those extremely high resolution screenshots by epic games from ut3.
those screenshots were like 6500x3700 pixels...

but i also remember seeing people creating such high resolution screenshots themselves...

so i was wondering how this could be done...
does anyone here know how? [is there a special function in ut3 or something?]
