Can I use autodesk 3ds max 2010 for UT3?

Can I also use autodesk maya 2009/2010?

Can I use ZBrush 3.1?

NOTE: I do have 3ds max 2009 but I am just wondering if I could use 2010. I do not have maya but I plan on getting 2009 or 2010. I have ZBrush 3.1...

I think anything that exports into .dae works fine with UT3.

Not really sure.

I know for sure Maya 2k9 works fine.
