UT3 Animations

I'm curious, have the animation bip or collada files been released for UT3 like they were with UT2004?

If so where can I get them because I would like to make adjustments to the animations so may character can play correctly in game without having his hand go inside the body.

Haven't heard anything like this, but you might be better off asking in the development section. Check out the recently released free UDK, that might have what you're looking for.

I checked out the UDK but theres nothing there to do with animations.

Sounds more like a problem with the way you rigged your character.
