Unreal 3 Website Design..

I'm a new member so dont be too harsh on me

Basically, i'm a webdesigner. I've designed a template for an unreal 3 clan site, however it could be used for something else other than a clan I suppose. I'd like to see if there was any general interest for the people/players here that may want it.

I'm not available for coding work unfortunately. Just looking to sell this design to anyone that wants it. If you wanted design modifications, thats not a problem, but ofcourse would cost more.
