Video card on 300 Watt Inspiron 530 desktop (not slim)

Hello, I am looking to upgrade my video card. Some people say for me to go with a HD 4670 ATI, while dell recommends a 9500 GT or even a junky 4550 HD .

Which one of these would be safest with my 300 watt power supply ? I currently only have a 128 MB 8300GS that doesn't do all that well in games.

HIS HD 4670 for you. No 6-pin power connector needed, ran on my old 300w psu fine, but youll need one from a good brandname or a good psu. Or upgrade the psu. Dont get the 9500 gt or 4550, youll be sadenned, 4670 will do the job.
