    I have 4 gb. OS shows only 3.12 thou.

      I solved the problem)
      It was Creative Alchemy. It copied its dll files into bin directory of UT3. UT3 doesn't support EAX, so Alchemy's dlls were source of my troubles. After I deleted them game works perfectly again.
