You can still (dodge-) jump off of walls after a jump, and possibly after a dodge, btw, you just can't jump after a dodge.
(I had been playing 2k4 with Quad Jump, e.g., home half of Face without hardly touching the ground, so the first time I loaded UT3 it was quite grounding.
