Yeah I agree Blue. I think he should just add two or three, not too many so that we don't overwhelm anyone.

Valley, Beachfront and Alien Sands are the top picks in this thread so far. After that nothing really stands out...... yet anyways...

I have heard that Valley has collision bugs, any truth to that? If so does that disqualify it from being an "essential" custom map? I havent played it in quite awhile and I dont remember any problems.

Infra, you are a regular player and only mentioned Valley. Above you mention adding 2-3 maps, what are your 2nd and 3rd choices?

The thread is about favorites. I only have one favorite custom map. Other people listed 5, so the server should have the top three amongst everyone.

It has a few minor ones. The map plays great if you play it like it was designed to play. All the collision bugs take place around the cliffs or mountains or whatever they are. If you don't try and go off roading somewhere then the map is fine.

If you're on your hoverboard going for the spider mines you'll get knocked off the bridge by some invisible blocking volume and get stuck in a rut between the bridge and the mountain... you have to suicide to get out.

Maybe we just need a "Map of the Week" novelty server that hosts a single map... new one each week.

Apparently it does have some collision issues (not that I've ever noticed them myself) but in terms of gameplay it's one of the best customs.

I never said "favorites". I didnt pick my favorites, I picked what I felt would play well with many people and what I thought would be maps people would want to keep playing. Some are more ONS than WAR, some are more WAR.

So we are asking for people to post their top 5 custom Warfare maps in terms of gameplay with up to 24 players.
