unreal_man repliedi have a question about being admin and and enabling things then. if i host a room, how would i go about enabling the features like "behindview" and stuff, is it default when i create it??? because i want to try maybe allowing the use of "debugcreateplayer" command for split screen online for those who want to paly split online. will it work or not yet???? cuz it happens to work if i host a game (splitscreen).

tuxman replied"behindview 0" for 1st person
"behindview 1" for 3rd person
it it will not* work online unless admin enable it.
*don't remember if behindview command is enabled by default on this version of the game, but the other series like ut99 or ut2k4/3 isn't.

Rhykker repliedTo akd23x,
I am doing well, thank you. How do you do?
I can't help with Kismet, but one thing you can do is set a keybinding to the behindview command. This way, you would not have to type the command in every time; you would just have to push one button on your keyboard. It should work regardless of map, gametype, etc.
Respectfully,
Rhykker

Jetfire repliedkismet action->misc->console command, target it to who spawned out of a playerstart
will probably only work offline though

Crotale repliedYou might have better luck in the Programming and Unrealscript section of the forums.
Or, you can try the Level Editing and Skinning section.

To every one in this forum
How do you do?
When I play a game in UT3, it is always 1st view.
This means that I can not see my player.
If I write 'behindview' on command line, I can see my player in 3rd view.
Is there any way that I can change the 1st view to 3rd view in Kismet?
I do not want to type 'behindview' on command line whenever I play a game.
If you know how to implement a command in Kismet rather than typing a command on command line, please let me know.
Thank you in advance.Tags: None
