The Demon Slick repliedThat cache cleaner Noot mentioned takes the custom maps from your cache and installs them "properly", then you just have them. It does not work for mutators, weapons, or vehicles, except for the ones cooked into that particular map. AFAIK noone has figured that out yet. Saw a couple of people try, no success.

Warped_Out repliedThe best method is to just find the maps you want and install them properly, other wise, if you want to maintain them in the cache, that will also work, but you must edit the UTengine.ini in your MyGames folder.
Found in the UTengine.ini
Set it to look like this.
StaleCacheDays=99999
MaxStaleCacheSize=99999
MaxOverallCacheSize=99999
