Hi, just curious if UT3 keeps all the in-game chat and if it does, where is it located? Thanks

By default no.
If you run some UT3 server, install UT3 Webadmin (http://ut3webadmin.elmuerte.com/) and find some option in UTWebadmin.ini file or using directly webadmin interface.
