Setting up a campaign over lan? =)

Hey guys,
I'am trying playing campaign mode over lan with my housemate but can't seem to get it to work! =( We tried starting the campaign as public and then private but both times he cant see my campaign =( Any help much appreciated as really hate playing warfares with bots :P

haha nah both using legit copies bought over steam =D We can play normal lan games over the network fine just cant seem to get this working... i know you have to tick the LAN box option but do you start a public or private game? neither works =( ty

You've done it right so far. One person starts a campaign, checks the "lan game" box, then make it a public game. Then the other person does NOT click on "join LAN campaign." That doesn't work. He needs to go to "Multiplayer" and "Join LAN Game." The server should show up there.
