Is it possible that players can change the server's max players limit through UTComp?

Cuz sometimes i find the Duel server is boosted up to 6 slots.

Duel servers can have as many players as you want. It's played 1v1, and everyone else gets in line. Winner stays.

Yes, you can vote to change max players. Duel servers shouldn't really go over 4 slots, or else you wait in line forever.

Yeah drjacobs... that's what i meant.. i rent a 4 slots server.. sometimes i find it has been boosted for over 4 slots.. i just wanted to make sure and to know how to disable it.. cuz it would make some troubles with the providers.

Is there anything in the .ini file that needs to be set to "False" to disable players ability to boost up server's max players limit?

UTComp.ini
'bEnableAdvancedVotingOptions=false' should do it. But then you need to make sure you start off with the right setup..

bEnableDuelTDmMod=True
bAllowWeaponStay=False
bEnableNoSpawnProtection=True
bEnableArmorStacking=True

or whatever you prefer.
