Question about UnrealED

Hello fellow community members.
Recently i bought Unreal Tournament 3 for the PS3. Its awsome btw. I've looked around the forum and got very intessted in making mods. I have worked with Photoshop for a long time and thinking of making my own stuff. (so cool).
So heres the question. Am i able to use UnrealED ( or whatever its called) without buying the PC version?

No, if you have questions, use the search tab, then post a thread about it. When you do it that way it allows others with similar problems or questions to learn from your experience, which is what these forums are here for.
