I'm in the US in California. Being a nerd, I like to keep statistics. Intermittently, for the last month and a half I've been collecting PS3 UT3 server data. The following is a breakdown by country (If I couldn't figure out the country, it is listed under "unknown."

PS: I didn't do this by hand, I have a computer program that does it...

So... you are able to login and query the Gamespy PS3 server from a PC. Well, go on...

Nothing illegal so far as I know. I found a program that is used by a number of websites that provide server stats for the PC version of UT3. The program can also get stats for the PS3. II have another program I wrote that uses the first to query the master server every few minutes. It takes the information from the master and produces a bunch of statistics. One of the things it does is to take the server's IP address and uses a free version of a database that links IP addresses with geographical locations to find the city, state, and country for the server.

The data isn't complete by any means, I usually only run the program when I'm playing UT3 to get the current server list instead of using the in game browser...
