How many people play ut3?

I was just wondering if anyone knows how many people play ut3. When I started playing, the ranking system started me off at around 300,000, I don't know if this could possibly be the middle making a total of 600,000?

I'm not sure that there are even 10k active players now, maybe 20k but I think that number is a bit too optimistic.

It doesn't seem like very many people play, unfortunately. It seems like there are 15 players in each mode that I play regularly and then about 1 player that is new in those games. The community is so surprisingly small, when you consider how much fun this game is.

I bet if you look at the steam stats you can get a really good idea of how many people are playing this game. It seems that about 3/4 of the players I play with are using steam when they play. Today's peak user count was 239.... So disappointing... Gametracker may keep better stats but I'm not very familiar with their site.

Yeah, there may be many active players but not past 230 at any given point, in NA at least.
