How does Co-Op work in this game? Is the entire Single Player campaign available for co-op? Thanks.

Yep, when you launch the campaign, you can chose to set it up as a public, or private, or singleplayer (on the Ps3 at least)

Public anyone can join your campaign, private, anyone you invite into it.
