Patch installation PS3

How do I install the 2.0 patch file and the titan pack using my flash drive on my PS3?


It was taking way too long to download the files through the playstation network so I just downloaded them onto my pc and put them on my flash drive in my PS3 > UPDATES, folder.


Am I doing something wrong? Can you even update UT3 that way? Or do I have to sit infront of my TV for 5 hours and watch it slowly download through the Playsation Network?

the patch for ps3 should dl automatically when u start the game and is hardware specific. as is the titan patch. both must be downloaded through your ps3 (in-game for the 2.0 patch & via psn store for the titan pack)

the PC download only works with firmware updates, game patches have to be done via PS3
