You get banned from individual servers. You need to go to the website for the server that you were banned from. Or in the case of the official Epic servers in Europe, I think you have to find the admin on IRC.

i have baned on the official Epic servers in Europe . I can play 30 / 60 sec , and i have kicked to the menu , witch a masage " you have banned CD KEY " ... but hmm why ? Ok i go to the IRC . thx
