UT3 issues: Won't start when audio working, works when audio disabled... HELP!!!

Hello everyone,

I have been about 2 weeks searching trying to get Unreal Tournament III working on my PC. After numerous forum searches, I finally found out how to get it working: Disabling both Audio drivers I have installed. If I enable just one, the game goes back to "not starting". It simply hangs and does not start.

I have a Bose Companion 5 via USB installed. I cannot figure the issue out.

Anyone that can chime in and help me enjoy UT will be greatly appreciated!

All i can suggest is see if you can find newer audio drivers than the ones you have. What are you system specs?

Asus P6t Deluxe
Intel Core i7 940 overclocked to 4.1
GTX 295 Overclocked
Velociraptor 300GB
Bose Companion 5
G-Skill Pi Black 6GB

I do have the latest audio drivers, however still won't work. :-/
