where is necris team ?

after installing the new patch and the titan pack necris team have disappear
and way to get them back ?

There is a way to do it in your INI settings, there are tutorials somewhere in the forums to do such a thing

They get unlocked as you play the campaign. However, you can just type "unlockallchar" in the console too. (Not sure if it's that or "unlockallchars").

-CustomChars.ini [C:\Documents and Settings\Name\My Documents\My Games\Unreal Tournament 3\UTGame\Config]

-find the line with the character you want

-change bLocked="True" to "False"
