Just leave or go to that clans website and tell them nicely what you have a problem with. Trust me you'll make a much better impression and who knows they might see it your way. You might even make a few friends in the process. It's a lot harder to do any of that if you're banned.
As for the "noob" that banned you. Well think of it like this -That "noob" probably pays $250.00 a quarter to host the server that you were playing on. Until you are paying the bills consider yourself a guest. Would you let that guy come into your home and do anything he wanted to?
This hits the nail on the head. If you go to a server that other people pay for and criticize their servers/players, that's the easiest way to get banned.
I'm one of the admins for the 7 servers we host and as long as your not being a total ***, or calling the server ****, you won't get kicked. It normally takes a lot to get banned from our servers. Be disrespectful to the server/players/admins and you will be remove, either temporarily or permanently.

You can think of your first server banning as your graduation into the ranks of decent players.

Tailsnake repliedOriginally posted by {DvT}JonahHex View PostWhile there are multiple definitions of spamming, the one that is most likely to get you kick/banned from a server is posting something like "LOL what a n00b" ten times in five seconds -- the repetition is the spamming. Getting banned for this is hardly a recognition of any kind of skill. Obviously I don't know what actually happened when you got banned, so there's no way to tell whether you or the admin was the one being a jerk.

bclagge repliedBelgian, it really sounds to me like that guy was the admin/hosting the server. Just go play somewhere else where scrubs don't make the rules.

with any online game you are going to have poor losers that will call you a hacker, spam/flame you, and/or try to kick you. but i guess what you can do is just find another server and try to avoid that moron.

Tailsnake repliedI finally found somebody online who ****** me off enough to actually curse at him (team killing in overtime vCTF so he could try and steal the enemy flag) and at the end of it I just left, there are enough servers (especially in Greed) that you don't have to deal with people like that.

B0T0X repliedlol, he's just a lamo. Play on other servers.
I do that all the time. I remember where I die and who killed me and anticipate where they're moving. On suspension I've been killed below the bridge by mantas with plenty of skulls so when I spawn I grab a stinger and aim for the hill where I know they'll emerge and sure enough here comes that enemy in his manta kindly bringing my skulls right back to me. >: )

Taffy repliedPlayers can vote to kick you. Or, and admin can.
Are you sure you were only kicked and not banned? Only an admin can ban.
But yes, it sounds very unfair to me.
