How do you get rid of that blurry effect after you die?

When you die, there's this blurry effect that comes on your screen. Its really annoying.

It wasn't there before patch 1.4.

Anyone know how to turn it off?

Easy start laughing when you Die, then the tears wont start in your eyes and the effect wont happen.

You should hear 'Nammo' on TS, he crys like a baby when he gets killed - surprised he plays the game at all, as he must be crying all the time

In UTEngine.ini

Replace EVERY:

 DefaultPostProcessName=FX_HitEffects.UTPostProcess

with:

DefaultPostProcessName=EngineMaterials.DefaultScenePostProcess

Removes the effect around the edge of the screen.

IUf you want to remove the small arrows around the crosshair to show you what direction damage is coming from in UTGame.ini under [UTGame.UTHUD]
Set: bShowDamage=false
