Erm so, how do I install it?

I have the UT3 retail copy, and obviously I want the expansion and new patch

I'd like to use steam, so is there a way I can install it to the steam directory off the disc?

When I try to download UT3 Black on steam i keep getting "Server too busy" while it's preparing to download he files
