Lag problem?

found out what my problem was.....

i had 3 torrents running on my server LOL!

soon as i shut them down it is fine :P

Hows it running now?
is there any improvement in the performance, as in is the lag lesser now or is it running just the same as it was before the patch?

Much higher ping on same server for me wihtout any change on config/network :|

Hey.

Before i start id just like to thank epic for the 2.0 patch and the content update.

Ok iv had UT3 since it came out, like many others i wasent very happy with it and it got pushed to one side. but when i saw about the new Patch/Content i gave it a try again (must say i love the Steam integration)

anyway il stop yaking and get down to my point of this post lol...

Before i had the new patch/content i dident get much lag at all, But now i seem to be covered with it... no matter what server i go in i lag.

i asked around in a few server and some said it was my system but i dont think thats the case

Q6600 OC @ 3.2ghz
9800 GT 1024mb
6gb ddr2

The only thing i can think of that is different (apart from patch/content) is that im running it with Windows 7 BETA. but before i go off and reinstall vista/XP i thought i would ask here to see if anyone was having the same problem?.
