Activating voting with the new patch?

I've activated voting on my server but when I go to use the vote feature in game the only thing it lists are the individual map types. No mutators or maps are listed even though I have those items set as votable in ut3 web admin. How to do get the mutator and maps areas populated so people can vote on them?
