if i steam my game

if i steam my game, does it mean that if ill buy a new PC, and install steam, the game will be there for me to install ? or ill still need the CD ?

oh and will i still need the cd-key ? because its a real headache to always guard that i wont loose it one way or another... or someone would guess my code... O:

shortly- if i steam the game, will it be like all the games i bought from steam ?


oh and now theres this trail for 3 days, that they give me there cd-key, that will stop working in 3 days. if when ill enter the game, and instead of writing there cd-key, ill write mine, will the game be mine ? or will they cosnider it as there, and thake it from me... ? ><"
becous now if i write add steam game, it says that i allready own this game.... -_-

once you install it on steam once you can keep redowloading it without the use of a key again

but theres a problem.. when i type in my serial, is says the game i already owned by me.. its becouse the trail version... what should i do ? can i somehow type in my serial now, so itll be myne ? or ill have to wait till tje trail runs out, then add it ?

my mate had the same problem, valve told him that after the trail it will just turn into the full game.
