Mysterious Frame Rate Drops in New Titan War and VCTF maps

Is anyone getting any strange, split-second framerate drops particularly in the new vehicle ctf and warfare maps? I'll have perfect 60 fps for 30 seconds then all of a sudden it's like the game hickups? All of the other original stock maps as well as the new ctf and deathmatch maps are smooth througout.

I get those on some custom maps.

CanalWarfare, and Offtherails.

I'll get 100+ but as soon I move into a certain spot i'll drop to 10-30,**** sucks cause I always have to restart ut3 to get my normal frame rate back.


Oh, and Suspense_Necris gives me horrible frame rate period.. :S
