Uk got the patch but when will the US?

i got the patch this mornin for ps3 and i think its amazing i love it but alot of people on my freinds list from the us havent got it and all the good dediacted servers are us hosted and there are like zero serevers so when will they get it? any1 have any info?

i know that the new release date is 19th of march for the titan pack but i thought seen as the UK got the 2.0 patch not the titan pack that the US would get the patch later today and then both US and UK will get the titan pack on the same day??????????

This is all it says:

Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of our control, the certification process for the PS3 patch and DLC has taken much longer than we expected. As a result, we have been forced to push back the release date for the PS3 version to 3/19.

The PC patch contains updates that will improve mods cooked for PS3, so we'll be taking advantage of this extra time to work with mod authors to make sure the best mods for UT3 are cooked with the latest patch.
