Hi guys,
It was a question but since I've managed it, I will write how I did it:
I have the UT3_RC7 (6,86 GB).
1. I copied all files (except dotnetfx.exe) from dvd to my hdd in a folder UT3_V2.
2. Then I created a new folder into it, named Patch & Titan Pack and pasted into it the patch and Titan Pack.
3. I right clicked on the Titan Pack and opened it with WinRAR.
4. I went to these folders and removed all the files which are highlighted on the screenshot.
Directory in file archive: Patch\UTGame\CookedPC\UT3G\Maps ->80 files
Directory in file archive: Patch\UTGame\CookedPC\Maps -> 10 files

The new Titan Pack's size was 836 MB instead of 916 MB.
These files are important if you want to hear announces like "Attack the ... node" in other languages.
Since I only play UT3 in English, I don't need these files.
The maps will still work if someone plays in German, just some announces will be in English.
(I don't exactly know if they have another sense, but I checked a few maps and had no problems.)
Finally, the folder was 8150 MB, which fits on a DVD+R DL
A fresh installation of the game, patch and Titan Pack worked perfectly - no problems!
P.S: I don't know if the dotnetfx.exe is important for UT3!? Well, you could delete another file as well.
