One person I remember was JAcanadian.or something...Spelled wrong I think!..I have the PS3 version...kinda gay so far...But, my questions are...: Whats the cheapest best way to build a PC to play only this game?! Is there a PS3 forum for oldskool peeps, since I can't use my name for familiarity?

Greetings newcomer. Check out the stickey posts in this forum. The new stuff includes the Titan Pack and a new patch. Read about it. I think you'll like it. There's a new Make Something Unreal Contest, which you can check out here. For a PC that can run the game fine, you can use these specifications (which are based off of my PC):

Now that the world is going i7\phenom and DDR3, and ATI have just announced price cuts you should be able to put together a DDR2\p35\q6600 system reasonably cheaply.

I have NEVER seen computer parts as cheap as they are now. Now is definitely the time to build a new computer if you're financially stable enough to spend the money.
