What command lines change in the ini files when you change your players network status from say cable to lan?

Just looking through UTEngine.ini:

ConfiguredInternetSpeed=10000
ConfiguredLanSpeed=20000

[IpDrv.TcpNetDriver]
MaxClientRate=15000
MaxInternetClientRate=10000
NetServerMaxTickRate=30
LanServerMaxTickRate=35

There's likely more I missed...
