Can you run Unreal3 Ed without Windows Admin rights?

Hi,

where looking to install Unreal tournament 3 on a LAN running windows XP.
The game will be installed locally with access to My Documents etc.

Dose anyone know if all users need admin rights to use the Editor or can they use it with standard User accounts?
